MAKING PROCESS:

These stoneware soap dish holders are made by using a slipcasting technique. Liquid clay is poured into a handmade plaster mold and then after a few minutes, the rest of the clay is removed from the mold. When the soap dish drys out to a suitable hardness I remove it from the mold. After two weeks the soap dish is dry enough and ready for the first (bisque) firing in the kiln. After the first firing, the dish is glazed and fired again at high temperatures.

ABOUT ITEM:

This soap dish has a modern and minimalistic design. The soap dish has 4 deepened and sloped areas that make sure that excess of the water drains into the container at the bottom of the soap dish, so your sink stays clean.
Clean the soap dish with warm water and a soft sponge.
